Nostrana Bresaola is prepared in accordance with the most ancient artisan tradition of Valtellina, its land of origin. It is characterised by its dark red colour, dishomogeneous marbling fat and its tear drop shape, due to the special cut used to make it. Pepper, bay leaf and juniper berries prevail as the ingredients of this more typical bresaola, giving rise to the product’s decisive and intense flavour, which offers the finest interpretation of Valtellina’s historic tradition.
